Suitable for handling sea containers indoors, where space is typically limited, trucks cannot access, and no suitable crane is available. Can be used for both 20-foot and 40-foot shipping containers that have standard "ISO" corner fittings. The nominal capacity (maximum load capacity) for static loads is 32 tons. Equipped with PU-coated metal core wheels: 8 pcs/base, 32 pcs/set in total.
The set consists of a front and rear skid, each with two actual cargo platforms on the same axle – a total of 4 pcs, i.e. one for each corner of the sea container. The cargo platform tables have twistlock connections that fit into the bottom holes of the ISO container corners (lower parts).
The cargo platform-container combination can be attached to a towing vehicle or machine using the tow bar in the middle of the front platform – there is a connecting eye at the end of the tow bar.
We recommend a mechanical jack from the Haklift product range as an aid. (capacity depending on the weight of the container) – the jacks can be used to install the cargo platform set under the container.
